Problem: When starting the tractor, the steering immediately steers
right on it's own can't be controlled no matter how hard you turn the
steering wheel. The steering control valve had to be removed off
the steering gear assembly. Once removed, it was dismantled and what was
found is the spool assembly was sticking in the housing. After
installing a seal kit and running a really fine hone in the bore of the
steering spool housing, the valve spool moved freely back and
forth and centering itself as it should. Reinstalled the unit and it
works fine.
